This is a relaxed and fun contemporary creative dance class for anyone over the age of 55yrs. The session will focus on developing participants to become more confident through dance by exploring different ways of moving through a series of creative tasks, taught inclusive movement phrases and improvisation.

The session will involve a variety of activities both led by the facilitator and through group/individual creative opportunities for the participants. This class is part of a pilot series for the Hub dance team to develop an older adults contemporary dance company to be based in Sleaford. This session and upcoming sessions will be used as consultation to develop this class as a regular group.
