What will I learn?
Join Green Man Gongs for a guided relaxation session in our first-floor main gallery. Experience the calming effects of sound therapy as soothing gong frequencies promote mindfulness and deep relaxation in this meditative practice.
Additional Information
- The session will take place in our current exhibition, “Jason Wilsher-Mills: Looking Back, Looking Forward.” The inflatables will be deflated to eliminate background noise.
- Please wear comfortable clothing, and we recommend layers so you can adjust your temperature throughout the session.
- You are welcome to take pictures before the session starts.
About Green Man Gongs
Green Man Gongs is led by an experienced Sound and Frequency Therapist with advanced training as a Gong Master. A dedicated pupil of renowned teachers, including Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux, Aidan McIntyre, Tim Byford, and Robert Horwell, Green Man Gongs blends years of expertise with a passion for sound healing. Their sessions are designed to harness the power of gongs and sound frequencies to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being.
Access Information - Main Gallery
When you enter the Hub, head to the shop reception and a Visitor Experience Assistant will be able to show you to the room.
The main gallery is on the first floor. Step - free access is available via a lift.
The gallery has adjustable lighting so it will be set to an appropriate brightness level for the class.
You will have access to two disabled toilets on the ground floor.
You are welcome to take a drink in to the gallery.
