Unify Youth Dance classes are relaxed, inclusive, and fun creative dance sessions for young people with learning disabilities, autism and/or physical disabilities aged between 10-24yrs. The sessions focus on developing dancers to become more confident in dance by experimenting with different ways of moving through prop explorations and creative tasks.

The classes involve a variety of activities both led by the facilitator and through group/individual creative opportunities for the participants. The classes champion social inclusion, friendship and teamwork within a safe and supportive environment. We also welcome support workers or guardians to participate in the sessions to further support the participants, but this is not always essential.

Unify Youth Dance Group also come together to showcase their achievement every year at our annual Community Dance Showcase and regularly seek further performance opportunities throughout the year.

Classes take place on Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm at OneNK, North Hykeham, Lincoln, LN6 9AX and run-in term time only.
