Jason Wilsher-Mills

Looking Back, Looking Forward

6 Dec 2024 – 23 Mar 2025

Main Gallery

A major exhibition celebrating the career of Sleaford’s own Jason Wilsher-Mills (born in Wakefield, West Yorkshire), whose joy infused work draws on his vivid imagination and long experience of disability. Throughout his career Jason has embraced change and challenge, creating sculptures, paintings, digital art and most recently giant inflatables. Jason’s subject matter is often serious, but his approach is playful, a riot of colour and highly entertaining. Theatrical portraits and sculptures reflect aspects of his personality and memory. This family-friendly exhibition is suitable for all ages and will be accompanied by a lively programme of activities and events.
