Refund Policy
The Hub’s curated shop is renowned for its collection of beautiful handmade contemporary craft, made by some of Britain’s talented designers and makers.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from the Hub, you may be eligible to return your product and receive a full refund. We operate a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the day of your purchase to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be in exactly the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need to bring your receipt as proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we can process your refund in-person immediately.
Under certain circumstances, we can accept returns via shipping. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please get in touch by phone or email to discuss a shipped return.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products
Sadly there are certain types of products that cannot be returned or refunded. This includes perishables (plants, etc), date sensitive products (such as diaries), pierced jewellery, hats, hair accessories, or bespoke custom-made products (i.e., a commissioned product).
Any products that are personalised, bespoke, re-sized, engraved, or made to order to your specific requirements are classed as custom orders, which means the product cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
All other products that are not included in the Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products category can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days.
If you wish to exchange your product, please note that we can only accept exchanges on products sold through our Shop. Any additional cost that is not covered by the original purchase price will also need to be paid for at the time of exchange.
Damaged or Faulty Products
We take pride in our Shop and the makers we support and carry out weekly inspections to condition check all products. If you find your product becomes damaged or faulty after leaving the Hub, please get in touch by email or phone and we can contact the Maker on your behalf and try to resolve this for you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
