In this exhibition Hannah Waldron explores the meditative focus she encounters in her garden and at her loom. Using linen and yarns coloured with natural dyes from home-grown plants, Hannah’s woven works are a record of time spent in her allotment. The artist has focused on following her intuition; finding a sense of wonder in the relational and rhythmic hands-on work of gardening, drawing, and weaving. The result is a body of work that captures the quiet magic of paying close attention to the natural world.
