Hub Booking Terms & Conditions

By making a booking with the Hub, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

If you are not a Better Gym Member, you will need to create an account, this will allow you to book on a Hub event as a non-member. For more information on how to do this click here

How to Pay
We accept all major debit and credit cards

Data Protection
When you book an event or activity, your details will be held on the Better App, and the Hub database, so that we can contact you regarding your booking.
Please also sign up to Hub mailing list to be the first to hear about our events, special offers and news. Data is collected and held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988. It will not be passed on to third parties.

Register your attendance
Please make sure when you arrive for your event or activity, that you register your attendance with the Event Leader. You may be charged a no show or late attendance fee of £3 if you do not do this.

Cancellation (by the Hub)
If the event is cancelled by the Hub, a full refund will be issued via your account.

Refunds and cancellations (by the visitor)
We understand that at times you may not be able to attend a pre-booked event or activity, but to ensure everyone has a fair chance to book, we charge a £3 non-attendance fee. To avoid this charge all you need to do is:

Register attendance with the Event Leader on arrival
Cancel your booking on the Better UK app up to 7 days beforehand. Please note, if you cancel less than 7 days before, you may be charged the fee. Bookings are non-refundable, but bookings cancelled more than 7 days in advance will be credited back to your account. Please note, you will automatically be issued with credit note to your Better account valid for a period of 12 months. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, so if you’re unable to attend your event or activity, all you need to do is cancel up to 7 days beforehand. Your space can then be allocated to another customer.

No show or late fees
All Hub events and activities incur a £3 charge for a no show or late cancellation. The charge will be noted on your membership account and your ability to book onto another even tor activity will be temporarily suspended until these charges are paid in full. You can settle your account and pay the £3 fee via the Better UK app or Better online account, or speak to a member of the Hub Team. As soon as the fee is paid, you will be able to book the activities you enjoy once again.
