How to Book
If you are not already a Better member (member of Better Gym, Sleaford Leisure Centre or one of their other sites) you will need to register before making a booking at Hub, Sleaford. You will only need to register once. Follow the step-by-step instructions below.
How to Register
- Visit https://bookings.better.org.uk/location/the-hub
- Firstly, click Book an Activity from the green toolbar at the top of your screen
- Choose Hub or add the centre name in the search bar
- Next, click the green Log in button at the top right-hand side of the screen and select Create Account
- Fill in your details and click the green Create Account button when you’ve finished
- Once logged in, select which activity you’re interested in booking to see times and availability
- Look through the activity timeslots and pick which time you want to visit
- Click Book Now on your preferred time slot. To keep browsing or add more activities, click Add to Basket
- Enter your payment details and click the green Continue button
- Review the Booking Terms and Conditions and click I agree
- Once you’re ready, click Checkout Now

How to Book on the Better UK App
- Make sure you are logged in to the app – if you are not logged in already, it will prompt you to log in.
- Open the Better UK app, click on the three lines top left of screen and my clubs
- Click on the + and search for The Hub
- Click on Book Activities
- Choose the activity that you’d like to book.
- Click Book
- Click Book Now on your preferred timeslot. To keep browsing or add more activities, click Add to Basket
- To make additional bookings, click the back arrow at the top left of the screen to find available activities – just follow the same process and prompts to add further bookings to your basket, where activities are available
- Click the Confirm Booking button if the activity is included in your membership. If payment is required, enter your payment details and click the green Continue button
- Review the Booking Terms and Conditions and click I agree, then click the green Pay now button.
